The Library contains the Constitution and various forms in the list below, plus every copy of the club's magazine Top Gear since the inception in 1981.

Club Constitution
The club has adopted the Department of Fair Trading's Model Constitution which means that we automatically adopt the revised versions when they are published the most recent update being October 2022.
We also document our club specific policies and operating procedures in the TSCC Policies & Procedures Manual. This is subject to review and change by the committee from time to time. The latest version was published in October 2025 following a major update issued in July 2024 after a detailed review of all aspects of our administration to ensure we are following all best practices required for an Association.
