The club runs a number of other events.
The Mystery Weekend
Stephen Knox was the originator of the Mystery Weekend.
Members were told how much it would cost and where it was starting from and the rest remained a mystery until the start. Didn't stop people trying to guess though!
Always great fun and we’ve visited some amazing places!
In 2022 Jack Jones organised a mid week Mystery Run which visited Hill End, Sofala and Rhylstone.
The Lynwood Lunch Run
The Lynwood Lunch Run is held on the first Wednesday of each month and provides an informal opportunity for a get together as well as a chance to exercise one of your cars.
Service is quite prompt and there is a decent selection of reasonably priced food. We make a group booking to reserve the tables and members are requested to call the club on 02 4580 2800 and add their names to the booking.
Lynwood Country Club is located at 4 Pitt Town Bottoms Road, Pitt Town 2756.
Leura Gardens Festival
We first went to the Leura Gardens Festival in October 2019 and were prevented by Covid from returning until 2022; we returned in 2023 and plan to again in 2024.
A fabulous day visiting four gardens ahead of the public showing and a lovely lunch at Everglades.
Kurrajong Cars 'n Coffee
Cars ‘n Coffee is held on the second Sunday of every month in the village at Kurrajong. We start around 8 a.m. and grab a takeaway coffee, have a chat to people and enjoy the machinery.
We seem to attract an amazing variety of vehicles with everything from a Goggomobil to an old fire engine with lots of different sporting cars in between. We go into breakfast a bit at 8.30a.m. at the Village Kitchen where a couple of tables are reserved for us.

Shed Tours
Shed Tours are a club favourite. We usually meet up for a coffee and bacon and egg roll and then visit a number of interesting sheds, see some fabulous machinery and often end up with a sausage sizzle and a cold one.
This is what we found in one shed in 2019.
Weekends Away
Some of us stayed at the very historic Langford house and Langford did the catering for all of us over the entire weekend.
