Constitution
On 14th November 2012 the Club members present voted to
move to the NSW Fair Trading Model Constitution at an Extraordinary General
Meeting.
The Model Constitution was developed based on the
Associations Incorporation Act of 2009 introduced through legislation by the
New South Wales Parliament.
At the same meeting the members of the Club adopted a
Policy & Procedures Manual (PPM) which incorporated the original Club
objectives and bye laws, within which are the Policies and Procedures specific
to our club.
This Policy & Procedure Manual may be modified by the
Committee as required to meet the changing needs of the club and this has
happened on a number of occasions since 2012.
NSW Fair Trading updated the Model Constitution in 2016 and 2022 and we are required to automatically adopt the current version.
Members with cars on historic registration are reminded their cars become unregistered if their membership is not current.
